Today is a special day for Nintendo fans because it marks the date of the company’s September 2023 Nintendo Direct. The most recent show lasted about 40 minutes and was filled with exciting announcements about games that will be coming to Nintendo’s hybrid console this winter.

1.Nintendo Direct’s Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD is Out Next Summer

2.The GBA game Mario vs. Donkey Kong is being remade.

It will be released on February 16, 2024.
3.The F-Zero 99 has been announced and is now available exclusively to Switch Online members.
F-Zero made an unexpected appearance at today’s Nintendo Direct. F-Zero 99, a battle royale-style racing game that also supports the SNES wireless controller, was announced. F-Zero 99 is available today, but only to those who have an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
4.Princess Peach: It’s time to perform! The film will be released in March.
Nintendo Direct had previously revealed the development of a Princess Peach game, which remained untitled at the time. In today’s Direct, they finally revealed gameplay footage and the official title for this upcoming game, which is centered on the Mushroom Kingdom’s princess.
The title of the game is “Princess Peach: Showtime,” and Nintendo has also provided a new look at the gameplay. According to Nintendo, the gameplay experience will vary depending on Peach’s transformations.
“Princess Peach: Showtime!” will be released on March 22, 2024.
5.New Cinematic Trailer for Detective Pikachu Returns
Detective Pikachu will be released on October 6, and Nintendo Direct has provided another cinematic trailer for the game ahead of time. The most recent trailer focused on how other Pokemon, such as Darmanitan, can smash rocks for Detective Pikachu and Tim on their adventure.
6.Tomb Raider 1, 2, and 3 will be remastered, according to an announcement.
The original Tomb Raider, as well as Tomb Raider 2 and 3, will be remastered for Nintendo’s hybrid console. On February 14, 2024, this remastered compilation will be released. 10.Tears of the Kingdom, Smash Ultimate, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Amiibo Updates
During the presentation, Nintendo provided details about the forthcoming wave of Amiibos. Sora, the main character from Kingdom Hearts, who made his debut as the final DLC character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, is set to receive his own Amiibo. While a specific release date has not been announced, it is expected to become available sometime next year.
Additionally, Tears of the Kingdom Amiibos featuring Zelda and Ganondorf will be released on November 3. Furthermore, on January 19, 2024, Noah and Miuo from Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will also have their own Amiibos introduced.
11.Super Mario RPG Remake Gets a New Trailer
A new preview of the Super Mario RPG Remake, initially introduced in the previous Nintendo Direct, has been unveiled. The latest trailer once again showcased the gameplay of this beloved Super Nintendo classic.
The release date for the Super Mario RPG Remake remains unchanged, set for November 17, 2023.
12.Trombone Champ is Coming to Nintendo Switch
“Trombone Champ,” a whimsical rhythm game that involves playing the trombone, is at last making its way to the Nintendo Switch platform. Previously, “Trombone Champ” was exclusively available on PC, where it gained popularity within the indie gaming community due to its distinctive gameplay within the rhythm genre.
In addition to its Nintendo Switch release, it has been revealed that the Switch version of “Trombone Champ” will utilize gyro controls or the Joy-Cons’ IR motion sensor for gameplay.
13.Dave the Diver will be available on Switch next month.
